Zach and Amanda have created a wonderful update to our home at Lake Rabun. It has taken longer than we had hoped, but they have cared about our home as much as we do and the finished product is amazing. We had a handful of disappointing interactions (and less than quality work done) with other contractors before finding Zach and Amanda. He put any fears to rest at the first contact. I called and left a message. He actually called back. He scheduled a time for a meeting, and showed up when he said he would. Then he listened to our ideas, acknowledged them, then laid out what his vision would be for the space we wanted. His vision was better. He talked us through quality, cost savings, timeline, and everything in between. He also corrected the poor work done by another business. Throughout the entire process, the communication and attention to detail exceeded all expectations.
